Closing date for applications is 1 May 2011; Festival held from July 4 until 18 September. Competition and exhibition is disappearing. 2011 Salon Galerie Hoyt opens a "photography competition" open to display contemporary and emerging art photography from around the world, and strengthening the work of talented artists, and enable them to carry and receive exposure during "International Festival of photography" famous "Les Rencontres" darlis in South France. The festival attracts prominent collectors and curators and publishers wegaliristes and lovers of photography. Estimated attendance in 2010 73000, including more than 5,000 journalists.
